The sorting machines standardly supplied by TechNature are 3.7 by 1.6 meters in size. Each machine is equipped with the latest digital cameras and image processing programs. You have access to 16 photos of each individual product. This individual imaging is made possible by TechNature's uniquely developed pre-process of the sorting machine, where singulation takes place on a V-belt and diabolo rollers, and the product is inspected via both top cameras and side cameras. You can sort through multiple exits based on images that map every detail.
Where other cameras only take photos from above, TechNature distinguishes itself by capturing images from both above and the side. This allows at least 90% of all defects to be removed during the process.
TechNature delivers customization by writing specific software for each agro-product. This software works based on AI and Deep-Learning techniques, allowing the machine to achieve a much higher selection level than standard sorting machines.
